Dina has a track record of delivering projects big and small, with a respectful but relentless focus on getting them done on time and on budget.

In the 1990s, Dina was an arts administrator, working with theatre, music and dance companies.  She went on to produce large-scale performing arts festivals, individual shows, political campaigns, and special events in Toronto, New York, Avignon and Edinburgh.  Since then she has applied her producing skills to complex projects in other fields, taking initial concepts from ideation to completion.  She remains active in the arts as a consultant, a facilitator, and a board member, recently completing a term as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Arts Council.
